  This company charged my mother about $2500 per year for ongoing financial advice. For that you will get a cup of coffee and a chat once per year. They failed to recognise an error that resulted in her being overpaid a Centrelink pension. They would not accept responsibility so we were forced to lodge a complaint with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority. AFCA found that the "adviser had an obligation to review the complainant’s circumstances at least once a year, I am not satisfied the adviser conducted a robust review of the complainant’s financial and personal circumstances in 2018. It is my view that the adviser ought to have identified that there was something amiss about the age
  pension and how this was still generating income for the complainant.
  In summary, the adviser failed to adequately review the complainant’s position and bring the Centrelink overpayments to the complainant’s attention"

  I am frustrated & angry, every time I go to use this over complicated & useless system ir will kick me out sometimes twice, but them even though I enter the same details will then let me in. Now it is demanding yet another new password, & finally locks me out & on the weekend too Just when I need it. I am mad enough to pull all the funds out unless I get a better system

  I was with TPT for a few years and I encountered numerous problems with communication. Misplaced account details on few occasions and human error so many times that I finally gave up and withdrew my investment that was once again send to the wrong account.
